This week the boys and girls in Primary 2 wrapped up warm to go outdoors for a Winter walk! We walked around our school grounds using our 5 senses to see what we could see, hear, smell, taste and touch and what interesting findings we had. From seeing trees with no leaves, to hearing birds sing, smelling smoke, tasting rain and touching cosy gloves, we certainly had lots of fun exploring. Once we returned to the classroom, we shared our findings with our friends and we each produced excellent pieces of writing all about our experience outdoors.
