This week P3/4 became scientists in order to help Mrs Grinling make a new waterproof basket to send Mr Grinling his lunch across the zip line. First they carried out some experiments to decide which materials would be waterproof. Then they wrote up their findings and decided which material would be the best. Next they made their basket using the information they had gathered from their testing. Finally they tried the baskets out on the zip line.
