The P1 and P2 pupils have been busy researching, rehearsing, singing, planning and constructing for their Nativity, Baarmy Bethlehem. This year, they decided to design and create their stage and set from scratch! The children worked together as they made their own props, painted the a scenery and offered endless ideas which really brought their Nativity to life.
On the day of their performance/s, the children put on a spectacular show as they journeyed to Bethlehem with the Party Sheep. No Meadow Bridge show is complete, however, without a trip to the Balmoral Show! It’s just as well there was a John Deere, a Massey Ferguson and a New Holland on hand to get them there! As they reached the stable, the children reminded us of the true meaning on Christmas - that Jesus is the reason for the season.
